Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice
GripVid respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Service. This page outlines the procedures for submitting a DMCA takedown notice and how we handle such claims.
Important Notice
GripVid does not host, store, or distribute any video content. Our Service functions as a real-time processing tool that fetches video information from third-party platforms based on URLs submitted by users. We do not maintain a library or database of downloadable content. All temporary processing data is automatically purged after the download session is completed. If you believe that a specific video infringes your copyright, we recommend contacting the platform hosting the content directly (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) to request removal at the source.

- Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.

Your counter-notification must include: (1) Your name, address, and telephone number; (2) Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled; (3) A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; (4) A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located; and (5) Your physical or electronic signature.
